Made a purchase of a k&f product which came incomplete. Contacted k&f and process was immediately started to rectify this error. A few emails later I was notified that the missing item had been shipped. Customer service at k&f is nothing short of outstanding. I have used k$f products in the past and they are all of high quality, this experience has only added to my trust in them and I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend k&f for both products and service. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been using several K&F Concept tripods for years and they have never once let me down. I’ve put them through extensive testing in a variety of environments including low light, long exposure, and uneven terrain. The leg locks are secure and smooth, the build quality is solid, and the stability rivals more expensive brands. They handle both lightweight mirrorless setups and heavier DSLR kits with no issues. I’ve also purchased and used their filters and I absolutely love them. The magnetic filters are well engineered, easy to swap in the field, and the magnets hold firm without being difficult to remove. Their ND filters in particular are excellent with zero noticeable color cast, which is critical for long exposure photography. The glass is sharp and coated well, producing clean results even when stacking filters. K&F Concept products consistently work better than expected, especially at their current price point. They have proven reliable tools in my photography kit and I will continue to recommend them to other photographers.

I've got 2 tripods and 4 heads which get regular use from K&F. I love the utility and attention to functional design detail on these products , rather than just being "another generic clone". I had an issue with one of the heads after just over 12months use. Sent an email to customer service , Provided order details and video of the issue and a replacement head was sent out.

I bought an MS08 tripod with remote control that I can also use as a mobile phone stick. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the remote control to work. After contacting them, I received a response and, after a few tests, a new remote control was sent to me. The service is very good, with a quick response, and they didn't let me down! I can only recommend K&F Concept!
