I have several K&F Concept brand products, I am very satisfied with the performance, design and price. In addition, the after-sales is amazing, I had a problem with the head of a tripod, I was very well served and solved my case very quickly. I recommend it! Thank you

Had a defective charger and customer…
Had a defective charger and customer support was super helpful and kind about getting it replaced. I don’t usually do reviews since I feel like I don’t have a lot of great customer experiences, but u felt heard here and that was nice!

Tripod bag replacement
The zipper on my tripod bag stopped working, so I contacted the seller. They responded right away and sent me a replacement with no hassle. The new bag is perfect and great quality. Really appreciate how easy they made the process — definitely recommend this company!

Great product, great price (will not work with monopod leg)
Perfect condition, overly well packed. Not sure it's the OEM part for my tripod (may be a new version), but it works perfectly and cost ten dollars less than the company itself wanted to charge me. Update: I stand by my previous review, but want people to know that this is definitely not the original part for the Mach3 TMA28A. It fits fine in the tripod, but will not attach, as is, to the monopod leg, because the threaded stud is different (smaller). It will work for me because I bought it as a second center post to attach a ball head to, which I will rarely want to use on the monopod. I will keep the gimbal head on the original for use on the monopod. But if you buy this as a replacement, be aware it will only work with the whole tripod.
