My favorite tripod from K&F Concept…
My favorite tripod from K&F Concept broke unexpectedly. So I messaged them and sent them some pictures of where it fell apart. The unit was a solid unit and I was extremely satisfied with it...until it broke unexpectedly. After I sent them the pictures, they offered to send me a replacement which I was more than happy to receive. I am still in love with this product and use it as my primary tool for the work that I do.

Replacement bag
I ordered several tripods. They were delivered quickly and are of excellent, solid quality. Unfortunately, the zip on one of the carrying bags did not work properly. I sent a photo and a replacement bag was delivered within a few days.

I originally ordered my tripod on…
I originally ordered my tripod on amazon, but after a few weeks the tripod broke randomly. I emailed K&F and they got it replaced immediately!

Great customer service…
Contacted K&F Concepts as my sternum strap had a broken buckle. They were extremely helpful and sorted me out with a free replacement without question.. I have quite a few K&F products, tripods ,bag, filters and a gimbal. All work admirably and are good quality but the customer service is above and beyond.. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any of their products..

When I had an issue with a product.
When I had an issue with a product customer service was very responsive. They ended up giving me a 20% discount for my troubles.

Great company!!
After reading lots of reviews on line about the K&F brand selfie tripods , decided to purchase one. Well, only 3 days into our Asia trip, the hinge that holds the phone mount came loose and broke. Consequently I couldn't use it for the remainder of our trip. When I came home, I reached out to K&F customer service. Explained the situation and they quickly corrected it and offered me a replacement. Their customer service rep was excellent to deal with. I received a new selfie tripod within 2 days. I will definitely support this brand on future purchases. Great people!

Amazing customer support
My 3-way geared head had an issue with the vertical adjuster, so I reached out to K&F for support. They responded within just a few hours and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. After I provided the requested documentation, they shipped me a brand-new geared head within three business days—right to my door! Excellent products and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend K&F!
