Dear Charles, Thank you for your fair and constructive review. Your satisfaction with the filter is important to us, but we are truly sorry for letting you down by not including the promised earbuds. This undermines the trust we work hard to build, and we apologize. We are taking this very seriously. We found that your order came from our distributor Kentfaith. We have contacted them to resolve the issue for you. Please check your email. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your confidence through our actions. K&F CONCEPT Team

Dear Jordan, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed and constructive feedback. We truly value it. First, we're delighted to hear that you find the "actual product quality really good" and that our support team was really helpful in getting you what you needed. That's great to know. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the initial frustration with the mount getting stuck on your GoPro Hero 13 due to the case. You've made an excellent point about the need for clearer compatibility information beyond just measurements, and we appreciate the specific suggestion for a longer mount stick. We are already passing this feedback directly to our product and marketing teams. Your insights are invaluable for helping us improve our product descriptions and future designs. We hope you have a much better experience with the product moving forward and thank you again for helping us get better. K&F CONCEPT Team
