If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. I bought an H&B 2024 license for Mac that I couldn't activate, even after contacting Microsoft Support, who confirmed that the license couldn't be redeemed. I provided them with the ticket number and screenshots of the error and asked for a refund, but they kept repeating the installation procedure to me, even zooming in on the text so I could read it better. Terrible!

BETRUGSMASCHE. Verkaufen Online Produkte die nicht erbracht werden. Kundenservice unfreundlich, sehr lange Antwortzeiten und Produkte werden angeblich verkauft, man bezahlt diese, bekommt sie jedoch nicht und wird dann unfreundlich abserviert. Immerhin haben Sie bei mir geantwortet.

he comprado una licencia de adobe acrobat a buen precio por groupon pensando que era un producto original y al principio funciona, pero en cuanto establece el programa contacto con servidores y se actualiza (en plazo de un par de días) da error por no ser un producto original, he gastado mi dinero y mi tiempo y acrobat no funciona.
