Great service
I was nervous at first, but worked fine. I would use them again.

At the beginning I was unsure, but they are fast and reliable, my iphone 5s was unlocked and when I sent them an email to them they respond me quickly. And I have add that they are the cheapest company, very recomendable.

It has been OVER 70 DAYS now since I purchased the unlock service on 11/14/2013, and my phone is still locked. The order status has never been updated since payment. I have tried to contact Keys2iPhone.com many times by email, facebook, and paypal but NEVER get any reply. I totally understand it would take a long time to unlock an iPhone 5s. However, it has been over two months and I really hope that Keys2iPhone.com could fullfill the service or issue a refund ASAP. Updated on 2/6/2014: I just got an email notification saying that my iPhone has been unlocked this morning. For my unlock order, it takes a total of 85 days for Keys2iPhone.com to fulfill the service, although the estimate was 3-5 business days when I purchased the service. Bottom line: Keys2iPhone.com really does the job! Just keep in mind that the estimate time is never a guarantee, and the actual time to get your phone unlocked may vary from case to case.

Some under contract IMEIs have to be retried several times. This is your case, unfortunately.

I wrote a bad review for this web last week because I was not getting any answer from them, I thought that the service was a scam, BUT IT IS NOT!! I should apologize to keys2iphone web. I have my iPhone unlocked now!! I should advice that they took some time to answer the emails, but they was working on my request although the status was "Processing". Guy, this site really works and the price is the cheapest on the web, no doubt about this. If you are not hurried to have your iphone unlocked and don't want to spend much money I would recommend this web! Keys2iphone team: just a sugestion, responds user's email more quickly, we usually are afraid of be scammed when we buy trough internet. Just one response leaves people quiet. I'll contact you soon to unlock another iphone ;) Thanks!

The ordering process was simple and easy, just give the IMEI number from my phone and a few other details and payment info. After that, I got a confirmation of payment and a link to a status page. In about 12 hours, it listed my phone as unlocked. Then I had to go through a series of steps to finish the process. They basically involved installing an unsupported SIM and then connecting the phone to iTunes. The hiccup is that even though it is "unsupported", a Verizon SIM won't work with an unlocked AT&T iPhone. Because Verizon is really persnickety. I didn't know this and it wasn't listed in the documentation, but when I emailed Keys2iPhone support, they responded quickly with this information. Once I found a T-Mobile SIM to finish the unlocking with, everything went fine. Now I'm in the UK and successfully using my iPhone 4S with a OVIVO SIM (basically a super-cheap Vodaphone reseller) and it's working great. I definitely recommend the service.

I needed a little bit better directions and had to contact support, but they were helpful and quickly responded. I wish the iPhone 4S would show the cell data menu on ATT, but it won't and you need to use the SIM swap method to access them... I understand that's an att sim card thing.

Easy to do and setup but instructions aren't clear on what to do after unlock is granted.
