This place is a complete hoax. They may have worked in the past but they are not doing anything now. I signed up for unlocking of 2 iPhones with them 2 weeks ago. The site just says processing. They don't have a support number to call, they are not responding to my repeated emails, and they are completely MIA. I now have to go through the process of disputing my charges with PayPal. Another hassle I have to go through because these guys. Buyer beware.

I bought an unlock on October 23 and still no word of it getting unlocked. I've sent emails and no response. This service is terrible. Would not recommend.

I placed an order on the 24th, after which I got a confirmation email saying that my order was processing. Three days later my status changed to "backordered" and it said that it might take up to ten days to be finished. Now it has gone back to "processing" and still, three days later, nothing has happened. I have sent one email and one online support form. No reply. I'm not sure what to do to get a refund.

Don't do business with this company. I placed an order on Oct. 29th to unlock ATT's iPhone 5 and waited for two days before calling the support number. The guy told me I could ask for refund if could not wait. Then I sent an email asking for refund and haven't heard anything about 8 days since then. I have also found they have removed the support phone number from their website, which is not a good sign. I will fill a dispute through my credit card bank. Btw, I have also found that someone said online that ATT had permanently shut down the unlock services.
