The process I went through to unlock my phone was not a smooth one. But, I can say with certainty that none of it was Keys2iPhone's fault. AT&T does about everything in their power to make it as difficult as possible to unlock a phone that YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. After I submitted my unlock request through Keys2iPhone it was taking a bit longer than I expected so I e-mailed them, wanting to make sure that there were no problems. They responded that same day with a lengthy, detailed response about exactly what was going and explaining that AT&T had declined the first unlock request they sent, but they had sent an additional request for free. Apparently it's AT&T's standard practice to deny valid unlock requests for no reason. But, two days later, my phone was unlocked. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase. I wish it wasn't necessary to go through Keys2iPhone to unlock a phone, but because AT&T is the way they are, I understand why the company exists. I would use this service again if I had to unlock a phone (but, I am never going to buy anything from AT&T again. Ever.)

I must say that I am very satisfied with the service I have received and the time frame it took to unlock my Iphone. My Iphone was unlocked in 5 days, half the time I was told. Happy customer!

Great service, easy and simple to do. But it took a long time for them to email us back with the confirmation that the iphone's unlocked.

I was holding a locked to AT&T iPhone 5S. I placed an unlocked order when the price was still $50. But it kept me waiting for over 3 months without any further information from it. They did not start to communicate to me until I asked for refund. After communications between us, I accepted the surcharge for continue the unlock with the express service, as they told me the original price could not cover the cost for unlocking iPhone 5S. Finally, my phone was unlocked in 4 days after I paid the extra charge. Advice to Keys2iPhone, if the cost of unlock has been changed, u have to tell the customers who placed orders before price changing. I think they are happy to know about that, and would like to choose to continue with paying the extra or get the refund. Still worthy to get 4 stars as the good communication and fast service.
