I've submitted a request to unlock my Sprint Iphone 5S for International Use since 3rd May'14, till now there has been no response from the team even after submitting 7 requests at regular interval.
Have asked for refund but no response to that as well. This is one the worst site to use for Sprint iphone. Moreover its been showing the same message in Order status whenever I Check my IMEI number "The carrier processing is delayed. Please, be patient as we go through the orders. This delay is caused by the carrier and all other unlocking service are affected as well." Just Amazing services they have!!!
Really Wonder how come this website has been rated as 9.3 in Trust Pilot. The experience which I'm going through on that there should be banned completely.
Would never recommend their services to anyone at all.

Horrible customer services!
I pay to unlock my iPhone 5s the website said 5 days I contact them and they also it would take five days. 5 days nothing so I contact them about any updates, I got no reply. 7 days passed I contact them again, no answer. 9 days passed, I contacted them again, no answer. I already issued a refund on paypal. Overall horrible customer services and waiting is too long from what they promised on their website.

Hi, I paid for a 5 day unlock for an iPHone 5S with ATT.... asked for a support update (through the portal) after a week, no response.
After 2 weeks, sent another request through support and an email to the support email address. I even offered to pay extra for the 24h unlock if they commit to pay the whole amount back if not unlocked within a week...
NO RESPONSE

You sent a refund request. Your IMEI was removed from the queue. Refund was processed.

10 weeks, No Unlock, No Refund!
It has been a full 10 weeks since I sent payment to Keys2IPhone to unlock my AT&T iPhone 4S.
My phone was never unlocked.
Repeated requests for refund have been denied.
Further, Keys2IPhone appears to be busy disputing my negative TrustPilot review.
Do not trust Keys2IPhone. Do not send money to Keys2IPhone. You have been warned.

ATT caused problems for them, but customer service at Keys2Iphone is really the issue here.
I placed an order for an unlock my iPhone on November 9th. At the time, Keys2Iphone's site said my order would be completed in 1-3 days. On the fourth day (November 13), I sent them an email asking for an update. There was no response. I had ordered the unlocking for an international trip the last week of November-- and I ordered with this company based on the good reviews online, along with their presented window. Unfortunately, my trip came and went without any change in my order status.
On December 16th, I sent another email. No response.
About that time, I started checking out their Facebook page and noticed that I wasn't the only person having problems. There were lots of posts asking for status updates, complaining about no contact, and requesting refunds. Many of them were deleted within a few hours.
On Dec 19th, I sent Keys2iPhone a message on Facebook and posted on their wall, asking if they had any type of update. My message was read, but not responded to. My wall post was deleted. I then followed up with another email, which was never responded to.
Today, January third, I once again posted on their wall asking for an update, but I don't anticipate I'll get any response. I see they are replying to some posters here, so maybe this will get me the customer service response I've been trying to get for almost two months.
Here's the thing: sometime in October, ATT borked the whole unlocking system by changing their protocol. I get that. I'm totally understanding of that. In fact, because I knew that fact sometime around the end of November, I made sure to be extra understanding in my dealings with Keys2Iphone. Given the situation, I didn't expect an instantaneous unlock or anything-- in fact, I understood that there were delays beyond even their control. That's totally fine. What's not ok is not responding to repeated requests for updates-- even if your update is just that you're not sure of a time frame. Six attempts at contact and literally no response.
I will say that in monitoring their Facebook page, I noticed that they are deleting a lot of bad posts from unhappy customers. In addition to that, they've responded to a few people with an excessive amount of glib and snark (just my opinion of course)-- basically telling them that if they are unhappy with waiting, they can get a refund, but they'll make sure the phone will be stuck locked forever. I don't get that last part, because if you haven't even started an order, why would you do that? Threats and bullying in the face of customers just wanting *some* answer is not exactly good business practice.
I'm sure this post is going to get me blacklisted, too, but I assure you that even now, I'd be happy if they just apologized for the lack of communication and said we could move forward (with better communication, of course). I'm sympathetic to them getting shafted by a phone company, but you've got to keep in contact with your customers.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. I have submitted a request to check that the refund has been sent. I see that you submitted iPhone 5S for unlocking and some customers' iPhone 5Ss do take much longer than older models.
