Their site says they have a 100% iron clad guarantee and they claim they will you give you your money back if you aren't happy. I invoked this and the customer service rep was beyond rude. Think all caps emails that have no explanations and just say the word "NO." When I tried to post reviews on their "happy" facebook community, they blocked it. I think this site is kinda a scam or has the worst customer service policy I've ever experienced. I'd warn anyone away from them if possible.

I submitted a request for unlock in June end and it has been more than 2 months now but there has been no update. The status of the order still says "In Progress". I followed up with the folks through mails as I couldn't find the phone number for them, but no response. I have written couple of emails but didn't receive response for any of the mail. I have not even received a refund. Not sure what to do here. Its really frustrating as I cannot go to other vendors for unlock as my money is stuck here.

I have ordered service to unlock my iphone 4s on August 1, 2014. I have contacted them through their contact form twice but no response. Worst service you would get from anyone. I strongly do not recommend this site at all for unlocking iphones.

I placed my order on 05/15/2014 and after I month of waiting without any update from the company, I sent them an email asking for a response. The reply was" A surcharge of $100 is required to unlock your iPhone…If you are not ready to pay the fee please reply to this email to request refund” to which I replied that I wanted a refund. So far I have not received any refund and it has been over 3 month from the initial order. Moreover, I have tried to contact them trough several emails in their website, but I have not receive any response.

I contacted three times with keys2iphone, none of them replied back my emails, it's been nine days since I requested my unlock and nothing was done, I want my money back, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a international unlock for a sprint iphone 5s that is not blacklisted. Used the service that Keys2Iphone says to use to be sure that the iphone is not blacklisted and be sure about its carrier. Did everything that was said to do and after ordering it waited for over a month to be sure it would be done. Gave them some extra time. But after 45 days sent them an email and got no answer. Now it's almost 75 days since i ordered and wrote then another email. No answer or refound. It's a fake. At least for sprint iphone 5s.

I read the reviews on trust pilot and thought I will give it a shot to unlock my iPhone 5 locked to ATT and has a clean IMEI. It has been 4 weeks but my phone is still locked. I tried contacting keys2iphone customer service 5 or 6 times but never got a reply. It has been a frustrating experience. Now my time and money is wasted. How come everyone who is writing the reviews are saying they are getting their phone unlocked within days and customer service is top notch but mine is still not unlocked and didn't even get a reply for any of my emails. This makes me think there is something fishy with the reviews.
