I purchased an unlock from keys2iphone reluctantly because of the mixed reviews. It turns out I should have listened. They said the unlock would be 2 weeks. I emailed them after and said the time had passed. I then got an email asking to pay a $59 SURCHARGE. I immediately asked for a refund. it has been well over a month and i still have not gotten a refund or a response. I have opened a paypal dispute and KEYS2IPHONE has still NOT RESPONDED. PLEASE REFUND, THIS DOES NOT LOOK WELL ON YOUR BUSINESS. I WILL ENCOURAGE ALL MY CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Paid $40 for my iPhone 6S to be unlocked, got an email asking for an additional $40 to unlock my phone (website mentions NO option of being asked for an additional charge). Emailed them 4 times asking them to call me to resolve this, no phone number is listed on their website so I couldn't call and they haven't responded to my emails. Terrible customer service, not worth it for the $80+ cost of the service. I want a full refund, let's see if I get it. Terrible terrible, unreliable, impossible to contact company.

I paid for unlocking back on 12th Nov., have sent in excess of 10 emails and to date (16th Dec) and have had no replies from them or my phone unlocked. Well, since my comments were published on this site I have now, at least, received return of my money. However, I would still not recommend Keys2iphone as I have never received any replies to my 10+ emails. I am of the opinion that the only reason I have a refund is the fact I posted on this site. So, my thanks go to 'Trustpilot'

Their service says 2 day turn around. Tracking number order just says 'in process'. It's been more than 2 weeks! I have tried to reach them from all possible options. No response. What type of customer service is that? If there is delay at least tell the customer. Really bad service. I will reach out to website that recommended this service and make sure they don't include it anymore.

I sent a payment of $50 for iphone 6s+ unlock and waited patiently for two weeks now (order placed Oct 21, it is now Nov 4th). I tried to reach out through every facet that they have (website contact / email / facebook / paypal) but they have yet to respond whether or not they are still trying to unlock my phone or not? Update (11/10/15). They still have not responded to any communication and they simply submitted a trustpilot claim saying they have no record of me and my transaction. Clearly they received my paypal money and I've escalated the matter to paypal try and get a refund. Wasted three weeks on this trash company. After sending $40 to unlock my iPhone, they wanted to charge $80 more to complete my order. $120 is too much to unlock a phone. I do not recommend.

I put in my order on Sept. 7th, 2015, for Sprint, and I still haven't got my unlock code or anything at all. It's been frustrating to use my iphone as it is right now, and I have been attempting to contact them. They replied to my first email saying that Sprint takes 7 days, but now it's been just over 2 weeks, and no reply to any of my customer service email at all. Am 27.08.2015 bekam Keys2 von mir den Auftrag mein Iphone zu entsperren. Die Zahlungsabwicklung lief über PayPal. Am 04.09.2015 bekam ich eine Mail von Keys2 . Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt das für den angewiesenen Betrag keine Entsperrung möglich sei und ich nochmals Geld investieren müsste. Das tat ich und man schrieb mir das es nochmals 10 Werktage dauert. Heute sind es mittlerweile 15 Werktage und auf meine Anfragen bekam ich keine Antwort. Habe heute bei PayPal einen Antrag auf Käuferschutz gestellt. Susanne Wehrstedt
