Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company; cheap quality products not as advertised, and the measurements do not match their sizing charts. upon ordering a long leather coat for £120 I received a very cheap, poorly sewn version of the one on their site, i took photos and measurements and asked for a refund or replacement, they have consistently failed to reply and the only point of contact is via email. I have sent my complaint 4 times to the two emails they make available for returns one is sales the other is info, the first time they replied asking for measurements and proof and when i supplied this they then ignored all correspondence after that. I am so disappointed at the fake advertising on tiktok which should be banned as the link take su to a random site in turkey.
