I have followed this company for years and have loved their message. I purchased a redlight mask and it failed in a year of purchase. I reached out and a few days withing the year warranty. They didn't respond for a few weeks and then said they wouldn't honor the warranty. The mask was not as well made as I thought as the connection failed.
