I ordered a giant TV couch. They took my money but gave a fake shipping tracking number. When it showed delivered I emailed them to let them know I never received it. They gave me the tracking number and told me to check the local post office. It is not a tracking number for USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Ordered March 18 they say delivered on April 5 So they took my money but never shipped anything! Scam!

I agree with everyone on this company. It is definitely a SCAM. I ordered a $51 chair. I said it was delivered but I received nothing. Tried to track it; no luck. Called the tracking company and they told me it was a scam that they had been receiving similar calls about tracking the mechandise. I sent multiple emails to the company and they told me it was shipped through USPS. They could not find the tracking number that I was given. BOGUS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish it was some way to get condemn their website.

I placed an order in the last week of February for delivery to Melbourne (AUS) and have not heard anything a month later. I tried the tracking feature but got suspicious when asked to pay a small fee to be able to extend the "chat" with their AI assistant. I can see now that this website is a total fraud and should be avoided at all costs

DON'T order from this company! They are not reputable!! Told me my order was delivered but, but USPS, UPS and FedEx have no tracking # in their systems so very obvious there was nothing sent. just called cc company and disputed the charge. How do we get these scam companies off the internet??

I was just about to buy and checked the reviews!!!!! NO WAY AM I BUYING A SCAM!!! Thank you to everyone here,

Same story as before, no product, no refund. scam

I ordered 90.00 worth of things, they use an AMS number no one ever knows, their customer service email comes back not deliverable, and it is a scam. They cheat you out of your money, buy USA products only. no reviews were up when I tried to review them. I bought Jan 4, they claimed to delivered on the 24th, today is Feb 27, and I never got it.

I ordered a fake plant made spent $75. The product never arrived. I contacted customer support and was told to get a "certificate of loss"from the post office. Post office said that isn't a thing and the tracking number isn't valid either and sounds like a scam. Please do not buy anything from this website it’s a scam and I wish I knew about it or read the reviews before buying.
