I placed my order on August 3rd. I received my order confirmation but they have been silent since. I have never received any shipping information or my products. I too found the phone number they provided in the order confirmation (both text and email) to be invalid, specifically "call cannot be completed as dialed." I am livid and frustrated. I have contacted my bank to report this as a scam and trying to get my money back.

On their website they state their address is: 1942 Broadway St, Ste 314C, Boulder, CO 80302 and contact phone number is (302) 751-6800 But my tracking number states my order is coming from China and the phone number does not work!!!! I am LIVID!!!!
