This has to be my worse purchase mistake EVER. I wish I had done more research. First, I had no idea my order was coming from China and it took 4 weeks to get here. And quality is so poor, the fabric is thin and stretchy like panty hose. The straps are so thin that they are ineffective. And the lace strap you cross across your front is flat and does not stay in place and just goes under the bra.

I ordered 3 bras on Sept 6 and they never arrived. Every number is out of service.

I would rate the product but after 6 weeks of waiting, it’s not arrived. Reading the other reviews this is probably as well. Every time I contacted them I was told by a bot they could not find my order. When I quoted the number they said “be patient”. The item was sent to the UK via the US from china. It’s now spent 9 days in a warehouse in Manchester. I have requested a PayPal refund as goods not received after 6 weeks, website says 7-15 days.

DO NOT ORDER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLY A SCAM! If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered 2 bras. My credit card was charged and when I “track” my order on their website it says it was “successfully delivered “ to some place in Australia. I put my home address in the order. Why did my order go to Australia? I’ve sent email and have never received an answer. At this point I will contest the charge with my credit card company.

Do NOT buy this bra! The other overwhelmingly negative reviews are all correct regarding poor fit, workmanship, etc. But what really pisses me off is the customer service. I repeatedly contacted their customer service department about arranging a refund for bras I intended to send back. I finally got a reply that someone would reach out to me within 24 hours and of course that never happened. Their return policy states it must be returned 15 days after it arrives to you; what a joke when you can’t get the customer service department to respond with a return label. This scam has led to me posting my first review ever!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Placed my order at the beginning of August 2023. Have not received my order yet and its mid October 2023! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I did receive one email from this company saying my order was being processed. I've sent a few emails requesting an order update. Their response was "thank you for your order!" They did say they were making a ticket?!?!? I had assumed they were going to fix this problem! Ha not so lucky! I reached out again! Explained my card has been charged...I no longer want the product and I want my money replaced! 11/11/2023 Yesterday, I got an email from them...with the heading ticket resolved!!!! Enclosed was a survey...no money, no product...but a survey! Terrible company! Terrible customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Placed order September 24th 2023. I received one email from company saying order was being processed. I've sent 3 emails requesting order update. I have not received any additional information from the company. My card has been charged. What a rip off. Was needing these after rotator cuff repair surgery.

The bras came damaged (missing a closure hook) and was in a poor quality. Cheap fabric, poor quality stitches, doesn't work as advertised. The size is a way 3 sizes smaller than I wear and ordered. There was absolutely NO support from the custom support. After 3 weeks of messaging and pictures they offered me a compensation of 15% of $21.97 I paid for it. Is it a joke?! For the item that is not wearable to get 15% of the total cost compensation?! This is a complete scam! Be aware!
