I have just received my order, and I am disgusted. These bras are of extremely poor quality, not at all what I expected. I have reached out to begin the return/refund process, but after reviewing their return policy I am afraid I will be stuck with a bunch of bras that I will never wear. Going forward I will order from more reputable companies.

**********BUYER BEWARE********** I ordered my bra on 09/10/23 and IM STILL WAITING FOR IT! I wish I would have seen these reviews BEFORE ordering. There’s no customer service whatsoever ever besides asking for more patience. I’m disgusted by this place. They know what they are doing. And now I hear the bras are extremely uncomfortable?!! Don’t buy from these people, I urge everyone who’s had a bad experience with them to report them to the better business bureau. There’s powers in numbers. It’s obvious they do not care abt customer service. They don’t deserve to be in business, bc this is no way to run one. But don’t buy these bras. It’s been 37 days and I’m still waiting for mine.

I FINALLY received my order today, Oct. 14, 2023, a month after ordering! I had tried to track or contact them each week, no communication. I ordered a 6X since usually mail order runs small. My normal size is 3X, 48C. The bra is poorly made. The insert pads are all folded over and show bad under a shirt. The width was perfect size, but the length from the shoulder straps to the armpit is way too long. Can sew and fix both of those things, but not the next...The worst problem, that I can't fix, is that it does not hold up your boobs! Really is false advertisement. I will send this back, but not sure if or when I'll get a refund!

Do Not Buy these bras! The material is so cheap I wouldn’t make doll clothes out of it. They do not produce the desired or marketed effect at all. What a waste of money. Just try getting a refund.

I echo what everyone else has written. The items I ordered did not arrive and the time promise. The tracking number they sent didn’t work. The bras are extremely uncomfortable, I’ll fitting and really just cheap. Also they aren’t sized correctly. When I reached out to customer service, I had to try three or four times and it took about 10 days for them to respond. And they refused a refund. Just kept emailing me back-and-forth with ridiculous excuses. I would never buy another product of any kind, bras or otherwise, from this company.

I wish I’d have read review before spending money on 2 bras. Took forever to get here and when they did it was a joke. Tried to return but guess what they made sure I had them over 15 days and wouldn’t take them back.

This is the last email I sent after jumping through numerous hoops to get a prepaid label yo return the items I purchased... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE RIPPED THEM UP AND TAKEN THE PICTURE! THEY DIDN'T FIT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! YOU ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. YOU ARE A SCAM AND I WILL GO ON FACEBOOK AND REPORT THAT YOU ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR USER FRIENDLY.
