Scam!!! I would give 0 if possible. Took several months, finally got the product. 2 bras were the wrong size (a 5XL!!!). Customer service lies , won’t honor your actual purchase and send the correct sizes that you ordered. Stay far far far away. Product fit like a 4th grader made it

I ordered 2 bras on 9/2/2023 and still have not received. When I went to track it again, it states the order has been completed. How is that possible when I have not gotten what I ordered?

Don't waste the money. No adjustable straps, flimsy, thin material. The lace straps are worthless. Took 3 mo the to get here from China.

I ordered on August 16. I have still not received anything. I have contacted them multiple times. I used to get a reply stating, please be aware it's taking longer than usual. Now I get nothing and the tracking number is expired. I don't know if I should continue asking them or cut my losses

I would give 0 stars if I could. It took weeks for the bra to arrive, only to find out it was the size of a small child's training bra. They state very clearly that a 2x fits 40C. Not even close. They offer three solutions: 1 to send me another bra in a bigger size, but I have no confidence that it will work because of how tiny the first one was. 2) Refund me 30%, 3) or I can return item at my expense to Vietnam which would cost $40. None of these are even viable solutions. They send very nice emails asking me to please understand and to accept the situation for what it is? Really? Understand what? That they are a fraudulent company who scams buyers with false advertising and then won't correct their mistakes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would leave no star if I could. They do not stand behind their products. The bras do not run true to size. The large does not cover the sides of your breast. The hook and eyes are tiny. This company is an Asian scam. The bras are garbage

Sizing was inaccurate and they wouldn't exchange for a different size.

What went wrong? Hmm let's see how about 2 months and still waiting for 2 bras!!!!!! Oops they forgot to ship the first time. Oh wait, it's in transit!!! Are you kidding!!!!! It's been in lake Mary since October 19th, it is now November 6th!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS EVER, THEIR PHONE JUST RINGS BUSY AND ALWAYS RECEIVE THE SAME EMAIL EVERY TIME!!! 2 MONTHS OF WAITING ON 2 BRAS NO REFUND UNTIL THE BRAS ARE DELIVERED!!! I'LL BE DAMNED THAT'S THEIR SCAM TAKE THE MONEY NEVER DELIVER PRODUCT!!!! January 2024 and now you "Kendally" want to know what order number!!! 200371 is the number I have.
