BUYER BEWARE!!! Very poor customer service. I ordered two bras based on their sizing chart. They didn’t fit nor did they provide support as advertised. I attempted to return them and was advised that since they weren’t received damaged or the wrong item shipped they would not refund unless I paid $50 return shipping fee.

I ordered a bra on Aug 21 and my credit card was charged that day. I disputed the charge 5 weeks later after my tracking number said it was shipped 4 weeks prior from China. The package finally arrived on Oct 3. I returned it to the Post Office UNOPENED as a refused shipment. It's Dec 22 and I'm still waiting for my refund. They don't answer the phone, their customer service hasn't responded despite saying "we're passionate about serving our customers every step of the way." Yep, I've been scammed!

Very misleading sizing & no satisfactory response. I ordered three 2X bras. According to their company website this is the size to order if you wear a 40 C. What I was sent was marked on the packaging “2XX” but when I measured the bra band, it was only 19” long. No way that’s equivalent to a 40 C. I sent photos as requested plus measurements of the bra I’d opened. I also explained that I’d recently been measured at a bra shop & knew my correct size. A 20 % refund was offered plus 20% off my next purchase. (Which will never happen.) Or, I could have a 30% refund on my purchase now. They admitted no errors on their part but mentioned how different bodies are shaped differently. In effect, blaming me for their shady ways & blatant false advertising. Do NOT buy from this company.

I have lg breasts was hoping this bra would help. Not 🙅♀️ at all. I bought lgst sz fit fine around rib but cup sz and straps were not workable. I tried everything. Still wouldn't fit cup sz or straps too loose.

If I could rate this below a zero I would. I waited forever for it to be delivered and then when I opened the package I was very disappointed. I ordered a cream colored bra and I received an ugly mustard color. Sent a message to customer support and they want a picture of the package to verify it was sent by them. Ummm… I have a receipt and emails from the same email address your customer support emailed me from. The bra itself is horrible. Doesn’t fit and doesn’t support like they say. DON’T buy from Kendall’s.com

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME FOR SOMETHING LIKE THESE BRAS! I REGET BUYING THEM! WRONG SIZE AND FIT HORRIBLE! NO RETURNS! THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OFF OF ANY ONE WHO BUYS! FALSE ADVERTIZING!!! SCAM! I DISPUTED THE CHARGE AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY SIDED WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!

Shut this company DOWN, I'm turning them into the BBB, Consumer Affairs and Attorney General. I ordered two bras from them based of what I saw on Instagram how it holds breast up perfectly and give good support. I have extremely large heavy breast, so when this cheap lace mess came to my home today, I immediately contacted them for a return. According to them, they don't give refunds unless it's damaged. I'm turning these CROOKS in, thieves.

One of the many Chinese companies. Product was useless…. Nothing like video. Can only return for mfg defect and must send to China $$$$$. I should know better!!!
