Exceptional customer service; Great product line up
Kencove has been one of my go-to companies for some of the more obscure fencing products that I occasionally need. They carry a really robust line of products. One of the amazing things about Kencove is that I know that I can trust them. They're up front about their pricing, and let me know when things aren't going to go the way I want them to. Recently, I ordered an obscure product, and by the time they got my order, it was out of stock. They notified me right away, told me when it was anticipated, and showed me an alternative. A few days later, I got a personal email with another alternative. They paid attention, and thought of me when they saw something else that might fit my needs and get to me quicker. Great customer service is not something I take for granted. It is something that I really value. Every time I deal with somebody from Kencove, they go up in my estimation. Highly recommended.
