Hats are very poor quality!
Hats are very poor quality. Great people running the company but I bought all the hats two times because I began traveling and wanted the hats with me during travel. None of the hats are wearable. I let them know nicely but I receive daily messages to post a review. I shared photos of my hats and they are all bent and unwearable.

We'd like to share the full context of this situation with anyone reading this review. Your original order was marked as delivered by the shipping company, and you also confirmed that it had been delivered but that you couldn't locate the parcel. Despite this, we chose to trust you and offered you 30% off a new order, something we rarely do, so you could order again. When you accidentally placed duplicate items in your new order, we helped you correct it and sent you the cap you wanted free of charge, while still honouring your discount. When your new order arrived, you told us directly that the hoodie was excellent quality. We were genuinely happy to hear that. However, you later expressed disappointment with the caps, despite the many positive product reviews our customers have shared on our website and the Shop app. We understand that not every product will meet everyone's expectations. What is difficult for us to understand is that, after all the help and goodwill we offered, you are now seeking a full refund. We're a small business, and we do our best to treat every customer fairly and resolve problems in good faith. We genuinely tried to help you at every step, and we're sorry we couldn't reach an outcome that satisfied you. We believe we've acted fairly throughout this situation, and we stand by the efforts we made to help. Maryam, KEEP FAITH
