I have hired Padraig and his fine men for many years now. Both for our home and restaurants. He’s a talented gentleman with the knowledge to get the job done and very well at that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute transformation! I had the chance to see a complete basement renovation done by this team, and the before-and-after contrast is nothing short of incredible. What started as a dungy play area, concrete storage space with exposed pipes was turned into a stunning, bright, and functional living space. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch—from the seamless drywall finishing and custom lighting layout to the flawless flooring installation. It doesn't even feel like a basement anymore; it feels like a high-end, primary level of the home. If you are looking for a construction team that is skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of completely elevating a space, I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Not only are they professional, but they listen to what you want and anticipate a way to “wow” you. I am always worried when working with contractors but with KCH it felt like a professional family whose only concern is making you happy with quality work and beautiful finishing. I highly recommend!
