Nick was great to work with. He provided value added information and strong communication through the whole process.

I had an excellent experience working with KD Machinery and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for industrial equipment or CNC machinery! I recently purchased a CNC machine through them, and from start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. They helped me source the right machine, answered questions quickly, and made the entire process feel much more manageable, especially considering how fast everything needed to come together. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how helpful they were with getting the financial side lined up in a short timeline. They understood the urgency, communicated clearly, and helped keep everything moving so I could get the purchase completed without unnecessary delays. The delivery and logistics process was also handled extremely well. Moving a large CNC machine is no small task, but KD Machinery helped make the process smooth and professional. The machine arrived as expected, and I felt supported throughout the entire transaction. Overall, KD Machinery made what could have been a stressful purchase feel organized, clear, and achievable. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m very happy with the experience and would absolutely work with them again!

KD Machinery has been an awesome company to work with, particularly Mike Basham. Mike has been instrumental in helping me and my company sell our machinery at the best price possible, so I truly appreciate everything that he and the KD team has done for us. If you're looking to buy or sell used equipment, I'd highly recommend checking out this company.

Mike Basham at KD Equipment is a professional in every sense of the word. His knowledge of the equipment industry is exceptional, provides thoughtful recommendations, and clearly understands the nuances of what his customers need. What distinguishes Mike, though, is his integrity. He says what he means, does what he says, and conducts himself with a level of honesty that's refreshing in any industry. Pair that with genuine interpersonal skills — he's approachable, personable, and easy to work with at every stage — and you have someone who's not just a vendor, but a trusted business partner. Mike is a reflection of KD Equipment as a whole. The company operates with the same commitment to professionalism and customer focus that Mike embodies personally. From the quality of their inventory to the way they stand behind their products and their customers, KD Equipment is an organization that clearly takes pride in doing business the right way. If you're looking for an equipment partner, start with Mike Basham and KD Equipment.

Scott is a great sales rep! Our company has bought three machines and sold two with his assistance. We won’t use any other company for our used machinery needs.

Our company has bought 6 machines with kd! They have the best customer service. They always make sure we have everything set up and we have all the tools tha we need to get our machines up and going. Highly recommend!

Called to find some machinery, Bailey took care of us, helped hunt down what we needed, worked with us on pricing, delivery, and was increibly helpful and communicative. Will definitely be back for our next machine purchase.

I am very please with the level of professionalism I received when working with this company. The limited time I had to interact was seamless and encouraging. I highly recommend.
