⚠️ KCEX Exchange blocked my account (UID: [51131216]) and refuses to return funds — be careful Hello everyone, I want to share my serious issue with KCEX Exchange and warn other traders. 📌 My situation: I mainly trade futures on KCEX. Most of my trades were shorts on newly listed coins. My strategy was successful: over the last two months, my total PnL exceeded +1200 USDT. On the day of the incident, my account balance was 1042.6 USDT. When I tried to withdraw 500 USDT, my account was suddenly placed under Risk Control (frozen). KCEX support asked me to pass manual verification (photo with passport and account details). I completed this step successfully and was confirmed. ❌ However, instead of unlocking my account, KCEX permanently suspended it. Support informed me that: My account is blocked forever. Withdrawal of funds is impossible. Even if I send a complaint by email, the decision will not change. 📨 I still filed a complaint by email as instructed. KCEX promised a response within 7 business days, but after the deadline, I received no reply. When I contacted support again, they repeated that my account is blocked forever, and my funds are lost. 👉 This situation looks like an unfair practice: freezing funds of profitable traders without valid reason. ⚠️ Details: UID: [51131216] Balance frozen: 1042.6 USDT I am now preparing regulatory complaints against KCEX (their registration is in Seychelles). 🔴 Be very careful if you consider using KCEX. Your funds are at serious risk.

I opened a position and closed it a couple of weeks later with a profit of about $750. No spoofing, no manipulation, no high-frequency trading or other violations. I just opened a position and closed it after a while. However, when I tried to withdraw money, my account was frozen, and later $750 disappeared from my account. The support service cannot even clearly formulate which rule I violated in their opinion. They just send a link to the User Agreement. And this is understandable, because I did not violate anything. The exchange simply does not want to pay out profits on trading pairs for which the market maker suffered losses. I will not leave this as is and will continue to seek justice. My UID 49203687

I want to warn everyone about this so-called exchange. They blocked my funds without any justification, claiming it was a “decision from upper management” and refusing to say which rule I allegedly violated. Customer support is useless — they only repeat the same scripted excuses, saying they have no power and no explanation. The result: you lose access to your own money and get zero transparency. This is not security, this is straight-up theft. It’s abusive, dishonest, and criminal. The platform pretends to be transparent, but in reality it operates like an organized fraud. They lure customers in, let you trade normally, and then invent supposed “abnormal activities” to freeze your withdrawals and keep your funds. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. KCEX is a scam, fraud, and theft operation. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this exchange.

I received a notice that my account was closed without prior warning. My funds are still in the account, and support does not provide clear instructions on how to retrieve them. Exercise caution before depositing any money on this platform.

I have been waiting over 48 hours for the release of my funds without a clear reason.

Traded on KCEX for just 1 week, everything normal. Suddenly, they froze my withdrawals and closed my account permanently, no warning, no explanation — and I can’t withdraw my funds. Extremely disappointing.
