When I asked them about the reason, they just explained me about abnormalities on my transactions and insisted they can't explain more because their risk control policies are confidential! So they wanted me to prove I own that funds, I did. Then they wanted me to complete KYC. I tried to complete the KYC process and I realized they don't recognize Iranian Passport as a valid identity! They wanted me Iranian ID in English instead, which doesn't exist at all! Only Persian IDs exist. After two days argument I finally could withdraw my funds, but there is big question mark on my head: If you're not going to recognize Iranian identities, why do you register Iranian audience with national phone number?

They collected my personal information and a photograph of my identification card for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in order to provide a bonus. Subsequently, I was informed that, due to risk control measures, my KYC verification was not completed. It appears that they have taken individuals' personal information for the purpose of selling it and utilizing it on other platforms. I believe they are engaging in fraudulent activities and scams by misappropriating individuals' personal information for malicious purposes.

Risk control for no reason. I bought crypto on a DEX using my Phantom wallet and deposited it into KCEX to sell. Shortly after, KCEX froze my account under 'risk control' with no explanation. This is theft, plain and simple. My funds are being held hostage. KCEX’s user agreement is a scam. It lets them freeze accounts and steal funds whenever they feel like it, leaving users completely powerless.
