Beware, do not deposit or trade at this platform. Read my story! I opened account with the platform, went through verification, deposited funds and opened a trade on futures account. Right away the platform froze my account without explanation, allowing only to close trades. It requested more verification information. Everything was promptly submitted and accepted by the KCEX. Account remained blocked for withdrawals. I couldn’t manage my trade if it turned loss. Meanwhile, my trade turned over 25% profit and I closed the trade. Shortly my balance decreased by the entire amount of my profit plus extra 100$ (I’m assuming fees for the trade). I contacted the support. They said that due to unspecified issues, my profit was “cancelled”(??). At that point I was able tho withdraw the remaining balance, they immediately suspended my account. I can provide all screenshots and records. In summary, the platform took my realised profit plus extra money for no reason and left me no option to appeal. If someone told me it’s possible, I wouldn’t believe. Fraud!

Bonuses are scams, cannot delete account. I signed up for multiple bonuses and received none under suspicion of fraud by a security system they cannot disclose? Stupidest thing ever. Tried to delete my account right afterwards because there is genuinely no reason to be on a platform as suspicious as this one and it turns out there is no way to do it, looked through the official kcex documentation and there were no options to delete my account. Scammy and shady platform, no functionality other than the low fees but arguably even that is outweighed by the chances your funds will be stolen from you like many others

Gave me so many bonuses and this was a red flag. I received 830 in bonus future money to trade which i did. I used up my entire bonus and then went to withdraw 100 and was immediately flagged that I could not withdraw for abnormal risk management. Although the bonus was used up completely and funds should be free to withdraw, I was hit with this. I kinda expected it though. FRAUD COMPANY.

Stay away, they will lock you out and say it's " Risk System Flag " I hope someone shuts this site down

This exchange is fraud and is trying to earn profit by liquiding the positions and blocking asset with funny reasons based on risk control issue which has noreason

They literally darkened my life, I was devastated, they literally froze all my funds, they asked for an ID photo, I sent it, they said it would be resolved in 5 days... I asked them to please resolve it as soon as possible, I have debts to pay, they said you have to wait for 5 days, the result will come in 5 days, after 5 days they extended the period for 1 more month and still no result, it is a scam Ticket number 268104
