Honestly, one of the best companies I've purchased with. I've had good and bad experience with printer parts - kb3d is hands down a standout. Prompt response, authentic customer service, and they got an annoyingly large order together and shipped in like 2 days amongst probably 1000 other black Friday orders. Really hope the best for them.

I've made several orders from this company. Each one was handled and shipped quickly and the status on backordered or preordered parts communicated well. At one point a part in an order was damaged (from the manufacturer) and KB-3D quickly sent a replacement.
