Cheap material and very thin.
The description of the black jacket said it was leather. The jacket is not leather, it is a cheap material and it does not have a liner it it anywhere. Not a happy buyer. Lisa Roberts

this time? this is my first and probably last time. i can't contact you to tell you i ordered 36 inch, not 34. plus there doesn't seem to be a way to track my package.
Response from Kawaii StopJul 22, 2023
Hey Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly value your input and want to ensure we address your concerns promptly. We apologize for any confusion regarding the sizing of your order. As we mentioned in our previous emails on 7/16 and 7/19, the item you selected does not come in a 36-inch size. The largest size we offer is a 34-inch which is the size that was ordered. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we want to make things right. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via live chat or at [email protected]. We're here to assist you and find the perfect solution. Warmest regards, Kawaii Stop Team
