I was really surprised at how well the relax works for sleep when I take a large dose and even anxiety when I take about 8 drops. I wish I didn't have to use so many drops to get my results so it would last longer. That being said I will definitely be trying more products and buying more of the relax. Im so very tired of relying on prescriptions so finding the relax was a very welcome surprise. I also purchased the metabolize, but I've only tried it twice. I haven't noticed much so far but I started with a very low dose. I'm pretty sure once I figure out the correct dose it will work as well as the Relax. Overall I'm very happy I stumbled across this company ☺
