I have been taking the Balance oil for about a month now and I have really felt a positive shift. I took it in the hopes to quieten down the ball of "on guard" anxiety/buzzing energy that lives in my solar plexus! After about 1 week of using Balance oil I could feel my body slowly unclench and in turn that signaled to my brain that I was okay.
