You did pay for Route protection though, and I would be happy to make a claim for you if you'd like. According to the USPS tracking # your order should arrive shortly. It says, "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." Have a lovely day!

Hi Steven, I'm so sorry you never received your order! We shipped it out to you on the 21st of September. I have emailed you a copy of your tracking number, It says that your package arrived in Canada on September 25th. You may need to contact USPS and see what is going on, it says it is on route to its destination. : )
