While the taste of the orange pen was good, the potency was not. I prefer Full spectrum.

The product I give a five star too. I love Kat’s! But, this was my first time ordering through there website. I needed the product fast so I paid $26 express shipping to find out after shipping this was sent priority mail not express. After that, my packaged was not delivered on time with a money back guarantee on shipping. I sent a not to support and was not helped as all. Only a response that my order would take 3-5 days and no explanation on the shipping refund or why they sent my package in a priority mail 8.95 box and then charge me $26. Very disappointed!

We ordered 2 items and one of them was wrong,sent it back,got an email to say that the right one had shipped,would. Be here Friday 14 Hasn’t arrived and when I checked it was in another part of the state with no idea when it will be here,I had paid originally for 2 day shipping,and took longer,the return label had it at 1st class mail,don’t think I can order from them again

Didn't work well. Seemed like I had to use more tothan usual. I thought I ordered plain but Orange flavoring is what came. I'm borderline allergic to oranges but tried it anyway. Wasn't the right variety for me.

The only reason why I am giving this is bad review is because my vape broke after only about 2 weeks. Not sure what happened but it just stopped working, it won’t charge. I’m really bummed because it was working so well for my stress and anxiety levels, now I’m left without anything to use at the moment.

I hate to say this but there was no effect (perceived) at all. I finished your bottle over the course of 3 weeks and a couple of weeks later, one from CBDistillery (2500mg). Multiple tries with oils and edibles (100mg chocolate, gummies) gives little to no effect. [But flower is better than ever!] I've given up on oils and such. It's been a huge expense in both money and hope. It must be me! I believe in the cause, but personally it's been no help. Kat's (and CBDistillery) both gave prompt, excellent service. They would both get 5 stars if the product actually worked for me! Don't anyone use my review as an excuse not to try...!
