I ordered a faucet- sprayer head from Kate Minimalist that took awhile to get here. It is slightly different than the Pfister part so it doesn't fit. Kate's policy is not to refund other than for damaged items. The part was never used.

This company needs to be more transparent about the products it sells. They need to hone up and accept responsibility and refund shipping and handling.

Like everyone says...Company sells bogus water-down products and rewraps. Skinceuticals Vitamin C serum was like water. Have been buying the product from legitimate retailers for years and never had a problem. Their prices are lower because they are a scam company. Lesson learned,,,,read reviews BEFORE buying product because they do not refund like promised. Unprofessional and sarcastic emails in response too. KARMA is real Kate!!!

This app is a scam. They sold me an item they don’t have in stock. When I contacted customer service they told me they ordered from their supplier and is waitin for the item to get to them so they can ship to me. How do you sell an item you don’t have in stock. It’s been almost a month. I spend nearly $100 and I have yet to receive my item and now they are not replying to my emails. Beware they will sell you a product that they don’t even have in stock. App is a scam ! Don’t purchase anything

This company is not legit. I ordered A skinceuticals product that came and it did not smell or look like the product I have used for years. I took it in and got it tested and in fact is just colored water! They are refusing a refund.

We purchased a small $39 flag for our post and it doesn’t fit. Poor, very poor customer service as they explained they do not allow returns for a change of heart. This is not a change of heart it’s a mistake on our part. We ordered the wrong size. Unbelievable. Very bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I think it's a scam. No replies to my cancellation email after I wanted to confirm cancellation of a product I had just ordered. Horrible customer service. Still waiting for my refund of $120!
