Garbage company. Products are insanely overpriced, take some time and find them elsewhere for wayyy cheaper!! Customer service is absolute trash and so rude. There is no “100% guarantee” either, that’s compete BS and a lie they post on their website. Save the hassle and get your products from a reputable company

In big letters it says easy returns. Then in smaller ones, it says returns only if the item is damaged. I ordered two of something just because it’s clothing and I didn’t know the size. Now, I’m stuck with both sizes. Yes, this website is a scam. Don’t use it please. Sad that I spend my money on this horrible company when I could’ve spent it somewhere else on a better company with better values.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !! BEWARE !! This website / company is a fraud. They posted incorrect dimensions for a lock product I needed to purchase. When it showed up it obviously did not work. The customer service is horrendous and they will not accept a return or even attempt to exchange the lock mechanism for the correct size.

Ordered a product via Kate Minimalist from SkinCeuticals that I have used for years. Saw a great deal and read some reviews. Received the product and it was an absolute fake. This particular product has a distinctive smell, and when I opened up both boxes, it was basically colored water. When questioned, the KM rep said “sorry, we get it from the brand. Have a nice day.” I called the brand who said that there are companies who are doing this and if not on their authorized list this can happen. Obviously Kateminimalist is one of them.

SCAMMERS. They charged twice as much for a product that isn’t even theirs (Molecular Fertility) and do not respond to emails to cancel. Their fake “chat” feature never works. The emails they send when you reach out are a loop of “don’t cancel your order, we will give you 10% off” and they are AWFUL AWFUL

Would give 0* if possible. This place is a joke. After waiting 2 months for my order, it arrived incomplete. Customer services are useless, they refused to refund my order. I would recommend shopping literally anywhere else.

I purchased R + F Lash Boost through Kate Minimalist, after seeing it for $90 instead of the $170 it usually costs, and after trying it, I’m absolutely certain it was not the real product. I’ve used the real one for years and I’m not getting the same results — not even close. The serum should be thick enough not to run into my eyes, but this drips like water and stings, so I usually have to partially wipe it off. I’ve tried putting it directly on my lashes so it doesn’t ooze, but that’s not very effective. When I’ve purchased Lash Boost directly from R+F, even the smallest amount makes my lashes grow so long, I usually have to use it less frequently after about 4 weeks; but this has been used daily for two months and my lashes have not grown at all. They’ve actually gotten shorter because, well, this isn’t the real formula. I will never waste my money with this company again. It’s a total scam.
