Excellent Customer Service
I placed a large order for nine katanas to use as groomsman gifts for my wedding. The swords arrived in perfect condition, however the majority of the Japanese brocade boxes arrived damaged in shipping. I reached out to customer service and was offered immediate assistance by Florian. They were extremely friendly and helpful and sent me replacement boxes as soon as possible, at no extra charge. The quality and craftsmanship of the katanas are very worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable katana. I’m very pleased with my experience and thankful to Florian for helping to fulfill my large order, and will definitely come back for any future katanas I’d like to buy.
