non existent service , months wait for a simple response

Customer support has ghosted me and many others (see Reddit posts) I lost weight and my now too big suit gives me terrible shocks in my shoulders and lower back. I was in regular contact arranging a trade in for smaller size (which is part of guarantee) and the nothing now for two months! I have tried to reach out repeatedly but nothing. Very disgusted that my major investment is useless, and I still have 18 months on my subscription. Cannot recommend as something must be ticking Katalyst stability for them to stop communicating with customers!

The app constantly crashed. My emails go unanswered. The arm cords stopped working. I've been trying to buy a new jacket. The overall experience has been terrible.

As an avid biohacker, I was so keen to invest in this product. Sounds like a dream come true. Effective workouts in minimal time! I didn't even care about the hefty price tag, especially when I saw they had touted numerous positive 5 star Trustpilot reviews. So it was to my utter disbelief that when I cross checked here (circa Nov 2023) I found no reviews whatsoever. I wrote to Katalyst to ask for an explanation and the only one they had to offer was that they were building their own customer-based review platform. (Of which nobody wants, because we're all looking for third party unbiased reviews! ) There may be, there may not be a heap of science to back their product, but they have forsaken the simple yet powerful trait of integrity. As inviting as the fascade seems, just too big a price tag and too big a question mark for me to move forward with.
