Worst experience I've ever had online. I've used karmaloop before and loved it, this time around I hated it. Items repeatedly deleted off my cart, my promo codes wouldn't work, and although I could find the items every time I had to readd items to my cart, they wouldn't show up in the search. Above all else the site kept automatically popping up offers (which didn't even work) and deleting my information. Thank god I'm done with this site, I thought the promo code made it worth the time and pain, but I'll settle for my purchase. I guess

Ordered jeans earlier this week and y'all sent the wrong size. Got to order another pair. Exchange policy sucks.

Sizes weren't right clothes doesn't come how it looks

Honestly this company must be going through hard times. I bought a 30$ pair of jeans which in the photo looked like a nice pair of black jeans. they ended up sending me a pair of black jeans with more holes than swiss cheese. Looked like someone shot the pair of jeans with a machine gun. The extremely rude saleswoman i contacted refused to give my money back because they were on sale, even when their online photo didnt depict what I bought. Called again to get a different rep, who saw the note in the system about me and was even MORE rude than the first person. NEVER BUY WITH KARMALOOP. They refused to give my money back and only offered a store credit, which is totally unacceptable.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I ordered a winter hat/beanie. I didn't get a shipping notification for 2 weeks. I had to call Karmaloop twice. They were rude each time. Then 2 weeks after it shipped and I never received it, I saw it was stuck at the post office. My address and everything on my end was correct. I called Karmaloop again and they said I had to call the post office and work it out. I canceled my order. I had to call twice to finally get the refund to go through. They were rude each time.

They do not answer the phone customer service through email is barley any help , items are shipped separately
