First time ordering something from this website and it's taking too long for just one item. Starting to feel like this website is a scam smh.

I ordered a tee shirt for my son 2 weeks before xmas. The website very clearly stated all orders received iby a certain date will arrive by xmas eve. That promise was not keep. 2 days after xmas the tee shirt still hasn't even shipped. I called karma loop multiple times in the 2 weeks since I put in the initial order. Had to wait up to 20 min each time to get through to a representative. Each time I was assured I would get tee by xmas eve. Very poor service

We apologize for the delay the item purchased. Upon reviewing your order I see that the items you have purchased are blank tees and/or sweatshirts that are sent to a sublimation printing factory which typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process. We will issue you a refund for the item.

I placed my order on Dec 14th or 15th and it is now Dec 27th and I have still not received my package. I look at the tracking and it's barely in it's way. They take 10 days just to process your order. Ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again.

I wish I could give a better review but I still have not received my hoodie I ordered over two weeks ago so It never made it under the christmas tree. Not sure why this site takes so long to ship. Its not like they are hand weaving the clothes.

Returned/refunded my purchase without explanation. After further inquiry they failed to get the item shipped on time so cancelled the order without consultation. Was a Christmas present for someone, so I am dissapointed.

They have sent me two of the five things I have ordered and it has been over one week and two days.Also I bought a Undefeated shirt but,it was out of stock and have not been refunded.
