Tried to check out for no less than 30 minutes! The promo codes weren't working. And then it kept saying i had to select a shipping method, but the spot where the shipping methods display was blank! So after 30 mins, I FINALLY decide, screw it, I'll pay the extra money and skip the promo code because I just need to check out. And I get a message saying "1 item in your cart is out of stock, please remove it." ???. This was an awful first experience withKarmaloop. I have entered my payment info in to TRY to check out no less than SIX times. And I'm still not checked out -- my purchase is still not completed. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. Please fix your shopping cart and check out!

Karmaloop has changed! dont see why not to buy all the clothing they carry directly from the manufacture of other retailers the pricing is the same and nothing comes with free shipping or any usable coupon codes so whats the point. 5 years ago this site was awesome now not worth the time

Poor customer service. Lacking in loyalty considerations. Clothes not described as advertised.

A sweater was $60 USD shipping to Canada $20 USD then customs another $20. This $60 sweater took 3 weeks to arrive and cost me over $100... shop local people.. save $$ and support you local shops, I will never make this mistake again

Had to make 3 attempts to check out. Could not use free shipping code because I was using a first time customer code. I should be able to use both codes.

Well over a month after making my initial purchase and I still hadn't received the merchandise I ordered. So, I contacted their "customer service" and was lied to and given the cold shoulder. I am currently in the process of having Paypal get my funds back from these thieves. Please heed my warning...go anywhere else for your apparel and accessory needs! BUYER BEWARE!
