Very cumbersome. .online loading sometimes redirects away from the product

I couldn't checkout until I had disabled my ad blocker. I understand the point of ads, but having some kind of ad or tracking redirect that could potentially frustrate users when checking out seems like a bad idea.

I returned the product for a different size. After two weeks I still didn't receive an email to confirm the receipt. After I chased it up- customer service responded and said it would be all sorted after I provided the tracking and order number. Two weeks later- still nothing. I followed up again and have heard frack from a different customer service rep asking for my tracking and order number. It has been over a month now and still no further ahead.

Karmaloop use to be the best. I don't know what happened within the last year but customer service is horrible. Orders that I have placed take too long to get shipped out. It shouldn't take two weeks to one month for it to get shipped. I returned an item to a vendor for an exchange and still have not received the new item yet. And just today an order that I paid for over two weeks ago and hasn't been shipped yet so I called customer service and they tell me over the phone the order has been cancelled. Really! I checked the Karmaloop site and the item appears to still be in stock. I'm done. Karmaloop just lost a very good customer, and I will be telling my peers to stay away from Karmaloop.

This is my second order, I do not know if the items ordered will be delivered. In my first order one of my items was never delivered, however I was given a credit. I await to see the outcome of this order

Two orders in a row were terrible. First order was damaged the second had missing items and got zero feedback on it.

Every promo code they send you or advertise on the site you can ONLY use on out of season, old, odd sized clothing that they want out of their warehouses. and the "looped in" shenanigans , gimmicks... from a clothing company. Lame. Layout of site along is poor and also outdated, hard to navigate. Almost didn't hit checkout at the end of it all but i need some new black shirts.

Poor customer service and checkout process/bag feature is terrible
