I didn't get all of my items, overly priced as non of the discount ended up working wouldn't shop here again

Always bugs with the site. Today, 30KRMA did not work on any of my products DESPITE none of them being on the excluded brands list.

I hate that the box that asks if I want you to send me emails keeps rechecking itself. I would not have completed the order if it where not a gift that was asked for.

I've been waiting for my order for over a month now. Customer service keeps giving the same answer "we're waiting for the vendor to send us updates" I've reached out to the BBB.

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Karmaloop and the order just never shows up. I have send maybe 18 emails and I still cannot get an honest answer as to why they cannot tell me where my order is. I ordered a month ago and I can't even get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened with Karmaloop, and I will have to shop at other online marketplaces that have a better track record. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but buyers must be aware that they may be losing the money they send.

The selction has dramaticly changed wont be returning all shopping codes have specjal restrictions... karmaloop has died

You're probably the only shop online that charges shipping over $50. Only reason I'm paying is so my kid can get what he wants. Change your policy, it will pay off BIG TIME.
