you guys give me a discount code for singing up with with you and i cant use it on the items i want to buy like what the hell is that.

got the boots I want for 9.99 I will give it a 5 star when I actually have them!

Shipping costs to Canada can still be expensive, even for a small item.

Usually a good experience with the promos and all. Just placed an order and at the checkout was getting Charged for shipping when on all 3 of my items stated free shipping. I've purchased before and it never charged on those items with the green loop thing. And also this random $4 and something cents charge of tax that made no sense whatsoever I don't even know where that come out of no where at the end when I'm checking out and then the number made no sense. The order was almost $200 before the discount. Even if the tax was on the price after the discount it shouldn't be $4 makes no sense at all. It's like u guys are just adding random charges to make up for the big discount you give which I appreciate but do not understand why I'm getting charged for shipping on free shipping items and where is this random extra $4 tax charge coming from??

Shipping is very expensive...free shipping coupons are very limited on what is eligible.

website is pretty slow, but everything is good

Promo codes did not work as expected, figuring out international shipping is a bit convoluted.

love the shoes sad that the sweater i wanted wont send to canada
