Website does not work on Chrome, Opera, on Mac. Had to use Safari. Discount code KLK20 that was "storewide" did not apply to certain items I was trying to purchase. As always, lots of dope ish on the website, but you need to hire some tech people to tighten this up. This isn't 2009.

Your site is broken... the password reset email is unencrypted and gets caught by Google spam filters, a lot of site functions (mostly doing with shopping cart/ checkout) are broken in Firefox. Get a better web developer, the one you hired is fleecing you. Got some good products at least.

this is the third time I am trying to buy something.

The only reason I am given this rating is due to the fact there were some problems with the site. Every time I would add items to my cart and get ready to check out some items would be missing and I would have to go find them and add them all over again.

First time customer and I should of been qualified for some type of discount code but nevertheless on the bright side it had the item what I wanted available. I still wasn't satisfied! Today I purchased the Fenty Pumas by Rihanna in pink for my mom for Mothers Day. I actually have a pair that I purchased from foot locker but they were sold out in 10's so that's how come I purchased from Karmaloop for my mother. They are true to size (I wear a size 10) and they fit snug, they have no lacing so you have to slide your feet into them, they do not stretch out nor crease, and they are super cute. I love them!
