Your vendors sent me the wrong item on my last order and i returned it but still haven't been refunded yet. i think it got lost in the mail... dk why i'm still buying stuff from you guys. Also its crap that you're always running these sales but only for very specific things. the promo codes never work on anything, they're often misleading

Sign up said free shipping but still had to pay shipping. Make sure what systems says is what the system honors. Frustrating

Your promotions/coupons exclude all the brands everyone wants. Kind of useless......................

Discounts have more exceptions than listed plus website is hard to navigate deleted items off my list just by trying to scroll by them

Web site hard to manoeuvre

THE products that is advertise most times on your site is not always up there and store credit really doesn't do it for me. I keep shopping here because i genuinely believe your site has a unique taste about it, but the inconsistency with the products not being available when one purchase them is really undermining your this sites value i hope you guys get on top of this in the future thanks.

Site would randomly clear out my shopping bag. Policy of one promo code per purchase is also frustrating.

I have been trying to place an order for 4 days and use the promo code KLKL30 and it has not been working. In return, I am not able to receive my items on time for my vacation unless I spend a ridiculous amount on 2 day shipping.
