Im Not sure yet About how to rate site over all I tried to contact customer service and no answer. Site stated that free shipping over $39.00, My order was well over that and I was still charged a shipping fee So not really sure about this site just I would have to rate after I receive my items and How Shipping goes.

Really deceptive shipping prices and coupon code offers. They do their best to deceive you on how much the total is going to be until the very end after you've entered all your information. It's really obvious what they're trying to do. I don't know who they think they're fooling. They also have alternate branded websites where some of the items are available for cheaper. On the bright side, there are good deals even when you include the shipping prices. My advice is to just be transparent and up front. I'll pay the amount I'm paying, now you've just upset me because of the experience. I can also say that they're customer service department isn't nice to deal with. They just blame everything on the brands carried on the website. I bought from you guys, don't refer me to some other brand. It's not a good experience.

Used to order from Karmaloop years ago. Made an order OCtober 14, didn't get shipped until Oct 25th, item never recieved, and it wasn't until I made a complaint with BBB to get a refund. Going to try again and use the $10 I was also given.

Thank you for your feedback, be advised that the order processing for direct ship from brands take 5-10 business days to process. The package was indeed shipped but per Carrier was deemed lost while in transit, as a courtesy we released the funds back to your card and provided you a 10.00 Store Credit.

Interface on website only allows you to be on page 1. Cant see any of the other products. Though I still bought the stuff I liked on the page one so all is good. Just need to work on the website. All the best

I had one item in my cart. I tried to checkout and kept getting error code 66. I kept retrying for 2 days and it did not work. I called the bank and they said they never got a payment proposal. I emailed Karmaloop and they just said to make sure your info was correct. I checked multiple time within the time of 3 days. I even tried to borrow someone else's credit card and it didn't work. I ended up having to use pay pal express and pay a pay pal fee. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Will not buy from again if problem persists.
