I think y'all are the worst company. My first time ever shopping with you all turned out to be the worst decision I have made.

This website is fckd ... Spent hundreds of dollars, over a thousand... I ordered over a week ago, a week and a half, ago now.. and my purchase hasn't even been shipped. If you like waiting over a Month for anything l, any single thing. Go for it, I'm about to cancel the last of my orders now. Many of my friends stopped completely ordering. That's anyone in Simi Valley, Ca btw... 93065 if you'd like to check your records. If you have any. Order directly from the vendors instead. Despite returning my item within the specified time frame, they refused to refund me because they couldn't locate it — as if that was my fault. Never again.

Me i appreciate that, but when you have flat rate shipping - most customers don't want to pay 9$ shipping for 15$ shirt. it would make more sense to check with the customer than to cancel 2/3 of the order the same time you ship the single item. i just received the out of stock/cancellation notice no more than an hour ago Wesley has left the room

If you don't know, Karmaloop went bankrupt in April 2015. I ordered just a few weeks before getting a notice on their bankrupt via email. Never got my product, never got a refund. I had to fill out a "claim" for it. Regardless, I thought, "Hey, I'll just give 'em a second chance." Well, I went and put in about $200 worth of products in my cart. Go to check out and it says that some items were out of stock so I technically hadn't checked out. So I was like, "Alright, I'll just go and find other items" (since I was buying gifts). And well, my cart is empty all of a sudden. Hmm, did I accidentally press a clear cart button or something? I didn't think too much about it so I found more items and checked out again with some similar products and some a tad different. A few days later, I get a ton of emails about my products being shipped out. GREAT. Stuff is getting to me. But WTF, why don't I have an email on everything I ordered? I had to go to the site itself and look at my order history to realize that I HAD TWO ORDERS OF SIMILAR PRODUCTS GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME. I AM NOT KIDDING YOU, THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION THAT I MADE THAT FIRST ORDER. And if they had emailed their receipts, maybe I would've caught in time. But no, YOU DO NOT GET ORDER CONFIRMATIONS AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. So everything is pretty much free game. They could, for all it matters, delete your order and say you didn't order anything. Everything Karmaloop does is drop shipped. So you MIGHT AS WELL just order from the official vendor themselves. Whatever coupons they have, they are definitely screwing their product vendors over. I 10000000% regret ordering from Karmaloop. Everything has been a total and absolute mess. I have nearly $400 of charges from Karmaloop because of this ridiculous mishap. Pretty sure this site isn't PCI Compliant either. Avoid Karmaloop at all costs.

Some items were never shipped, contacted customer services multiple times with no answer. These items are now deleted from my order history with no explanation. I have already paid customs and taxes for these items due to the value declaration reciept contained these items in the packages recieved. Stay away from these guys!

Ordered some items and, like the reviewer below, it took them three weeks to let me know that the order had been cancelled because they mysteriously didn't have the items anymore. Ok, fine. They emailed me offering a choice of a refund, or store credit plus 25%. I had to take a suspicious surveymonkey survey just to indicate that no, I didn't want the store credit. Then a few days later I get ANOTHER email, this time offering offering store credit plus 50% (or something like that,) and yet again I had to tell them that no, I really meant what I said, I wanted my money back. Finally, a week or two later I see the refund in my bank account, only they inexplicably shorted me $10. Emailed customer service a week ago, zero response. This company is horrible and the worst part is I should've known better, this isn't the first bad experience I've had with them, but it will certainly be the last.
