The Most Efficient and Professional Agency I've Worked With!
A few months ago, I started working with Kaplan Interpreting Services and was very impressed by how they operated. The owner (Alex) reached out to me first. She was quick, direct, professional, friendly and accommodating. After that initial contact, the staff was in touch with me to do the paperwork. I was completely blown away. They worked just the exact same way like Alex did: efficient, organized, result-oriented, warm and friendly, helpful and very professional. They even followed up with me before and after the booking. I have worked with other great agencies before but their booking and invoicing systems weren't as well-organized and easy to work with like Kaplan Interpreting Services' system. I strongly recommend this agency to other fellow interpreters and translators. It was such a pleasure for me to work with them and I look forward to working with them again.
