I am a repeat user of Kaoshi for remittances. The process is seamless and the times I have experienced glitches or match not found, my funds have been returned to me. Customer support is also very responsive and helps with resolving issues. I highly recommend Kaoshi!

Sending money to Nigeria has never been more seamless. I needed a little guidance from customer support the first time I made my transaction and was able to get timely help. As a result, I've been a repeat customer. It doesn't get easier than sending money with Kaoshi!

I had given up on using Kaoshi because I was experiencing difficulties in sending money and I couldn’t connect the support office (Obinna) anymore. Luckily, I reconnected with Obinna who is a gem and has always been super helpful. He made my experience with the app easier.

First time of using them and I got prompt and effective communication from their team. My funds were also delivered promptly to my Nigerian account at a competitive rate as well. I was satisfied with their service and I look forward to future engagement with their service.

My customer service rep Obinna has been a delight to work with since i started using Kaoshi. The app is pretty straightforward and if there are any issues Obinna is always on stand by! I like that there are real humans helping out should a client have an issue rather than talking to a robot
