I would recommend this platform to friends and family. Transaction is pretty straightforward, however, having a live virtual assistant or a customer representative to chat with will be efficient if there are challenges.

It was good and smooth for the most part. Maybe you could give a notification if the first offer failed and just give an option where I could agree an increased exchange rate at once, rather than returning the money and me starting the process again. Also, what if I entered a wrong receiver's email address by mistake? There was no verification from the receiver's end, other than the sender putting the email address.

This is the first time I have done a transaction with Kaoshi and not have to wait for 12hours before receiving the Naira.

I appreciate the successful transaction with low fees, that's really great work. I do also think it'll be great to get an app, this service is really good and deserves one. I also think the page loading speeds need some work done. You also have really greet customer support. I look forward to working more with you.
