Great quality merchandise at a fair price, with a fun industrial aesthetic that had me excited to try on. The design of the zipper bracelet/necklace is very smooth and versatile. The screw earrings delight me. The earrings are externally threaded, so don't expect to be able to use them for a virgin piercing. Customer service was responsive and polite when I emailed them regarding shipping confirmation; I am very satisfied with my order and am excited to see if their stock expands further.

Ultimately I got my order and it’s a lovely, quality product. But to get there I had to wait weeks with no update, email their support account with no response several times, and then beg for help on their social media. The communication and fulfillment process is terrible and I spent weeks thinking it was a scam, debating whether or not to file a chargeback, which is not a good customer experience.
